I'm Andrew Balch, an award-winning wedding videographer who believes your love story deserves to be told beautifully.

I grew up in Colorado Springs and fell in love with filmmaking through my family. Over a decade ago, a friend asked me to film their wedding, and I've been hooked ever since. For the past six years, I've dedicated myself to documenting love stories throughout Colorado and beyond.

I live in Colorado Springs with my wife Emily and our golden mountain dog Freyja. When we're not exploring Colorado's mountains, hiking trails, or biking through the foothills, you'll find me in my studio editing films or working on my book. These adventures remind me why I love what I do: capturing the beauty of meaningful moments and preserving them forever.

What draws me to weddings is the storytelling. I love hearing couples share their stories, listening to heartfelt vows, and watching families come together to celebrate. One of my favorite shots is a drone pull-out that captures the couple surrounded by all their loved ones in one frame. It's a moment that shows the true scale of the love supporting them.

My approach is simple: stay out of the way and let your day unfold naturally. While I'll guide you through a few poses, most of my work is documenting the authentic moments as they happen. Weddings are beautiful chaos, and you're going to miss things while you're caught up in the emotion and celebration. That's where I come in. I capture the moments you didn't see, the reactions you couldn't witness, the details that made your day uniquely yours.
